About Us
I am Rosemary Darby-Jenkins, director of Signpost HR Solutions.
I have worked in Human Resource Management for over 30 years and have amassed generalist and specialist HR experience in leading organisations in both the public and private sectors. I was most recently employed in a large, multi-site organisation undergoing transformational change.
With significant expertise in HR and Change Management, I have had extensive exposure to Employment Law and Employee Relations, developing HR Strategy and delivering high quality support to business teams. I have been working as a freelance HR Consultant since January 2010, supporting a wide variety of businesses across Hampshire and Dorset, in the Midlands and London and now in Scotland too!
My specialities include Employee Relations and Employment Law, Change Management, HR Strategy, Organisational Development, Coaching and Mediation, Reward and Job Evaluation and Training in Management Skills and Employment Law.
In addition to my business I also have the challenge of being married with 4 children! I love to be involved in the local community and am a Trustee/Director of Sturts Community Trust and of a national housing charity. In what little spare time I have I enjoy creating and eating good food, relaxing with friends and the warmth of the Majorcan sunshine!

Dorothy has worked in HR roles at all levels supporting management teams in Financial Services, Engineering and the Care Industry. Dorothy joins our team with a wealth of experience most specifically in supporting and coaching Managers, focusing on team and individual motivational needs.
